How referral works
Simple, fast, no surprises.
Send a referral through the form, or call intake directly. Give us the participant’s support needs, suburb, plan-management type and urgency — you don’t need the full plan to start. We acknowledge within one business day, confirm capacity and fit quickly, and prepare SIL quotes or service agreements collaboratively.
If we are not the right provider for a participant, we will tell you straight away so you can keep looking — we would rather be honest than hold up someone’s support.
