Prepare for your NDIS plan review.

Free 15-minute Plan Health Check in English, Farsi, Urdu, Hindi or Punjabi.

What it is

Your plan review is the main event.

The plan review is where the NDIA decides what goes into your next 12 months of supports. Getting ready properly — knowing what worked, what didn't, and what evidence supports your goals — is the single biggest lever you have over the outcome.

Too many families walk into plan reviews with no preparation and walk out with a plan that is smaller, thinner, or missing the thing they need most. InLife's Plan Health Check exists to stop that from happening.

What's in the review prep

The Plan Health Check covers what matters.

A 15-minute conversation, free, in the language your family prefers. By the end you will know exactly what to focus on before the NDIA meeting.

A walk-through of your current plan, in plain language
Identification of under-spent or mis-spent supports
Goal-setting for the next 12 months (specific, measurable)
Evidence checklist — reports to ask for before the meeting
Typical review traps and how to avoid them
Multilingual support — English, Farsi, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi
What to bring, what to say, what to ask
Post-meeting next steps if the new plan is wrong

Who benefits

Participants, families and coordinators.

Participants preparing for their first review, families supporting a review for a non-verbal participant, and support coordinators who want to triple-check evidence before the meeting — everyone benefits from a structured pre-review walk-through.

There's no obligation to use InLife services. The Plan Health Check exists because we believe education comes before any conversation about services.
