About InLife

Support you can trust. NDIS you can understand.

Our purpose

To restore trust in disability support by empowering families with knowledge first.

Then delivering care that actually matches the promises we make.

Our mission

Provide transparent, culturally connected NDIS support where families understand their rights, see where every dollar goes, and receive consistent care from people who communicate, show up, and genuinely respect their loved ones.

Our promise to you

Why we built something different.

We know what it’s like when you can’t trust the people who are supposed to help you.

We’ve watched families in our community sign documents they don’t understand, lose budgets to providers who make promises they never keep, and feel powerless when support workers show up who can’t even communicate with their loved ones. We lived this with our own family. We felt the frustration, the worry, the anger of being let down by a system that should protect the most vulnerable.

That’s why we built something different.

We’re a community-driven NDIS provider founded on lived experience and a simple belief: you deserve to understand your rights, trust your provider, and know exactly where every dollar of your plan goes. We speak your language, literally and culturally. We sit down with families at cafes, not corporate offices. And we believe education always comes before any conversation about services.

Through free community workshops with clarity and purpose, we help you understand how NDIS actually works, what’s in your plan, what you’re entitled to, how to read invoices, and what questions you should be asking. No pressure. No sales pitch. Just honest information from people who’ve been where you are and refuse to let what happened to us happen to you.

We’re building a ‘for purpose’ business, which means as we grow, we’re committing real resources to community education, skills programs, and better care access locally. But today, tomorrow, and every day forward, our mission stays the same: deliver safe, transparent, exceptional support that earns and keeps your trust.

Because you’re not a budget line or a profit margin. You’re someone’s daughter, someone’s son, someone’s family. And you deserve providers who see you that way, who show up when promised, do what they say, and treat you and your loved ones with genuine care and respect.

What we stand for

Five values. Every shift.

These five values shape every shift we run, every referral we take, and every worker we hire. If we drift, this is what pulls us back.

Trust through transparency

Families deserve to see where every dollar of their plan goes. We share clear pricing, honest invoices, and decisions made in daylight — not tucked inside jargon.

Education before sales

We help families understand their plan, their rights, and what to ask for — before any conversation about services. If the fit is not right, we will tell you so.

Cultural respect, not just compliance

Culture is not a tick-box. Our team speaks the languages our families speak, understands their traditions, and matches workers on cultural fit — not just availability.

Accountability in every interaction

We show up when promised, do what we said we would, and own it when we fall short. Consistency is the foundation every participant and family deserves.

Community over profit

We are building a for-purpose business. As we grow, we commit real resources back to free workshops, skills programs, and better local care — because community came first.

Our non-negotiables

The lines we won’t cross — ever.

We will never ask families to sign documents they don’t understand, make promises we can’t keep, or send support workers who can’t properly communicate with participants. We say no to treating people as budget numbers and yes to walking away from growth that compromises care quality.

The people behind InLife

Small team. Big mission.

We grow slowly so we can stay close to every family we open a relationship with. Meet the people whose mobiles answer when you ring us.

Umar built InLife from the ground up because he saw too many families getting cookie-cutter support from providers who did not reflect their community. Growing up in a multilingual household, he understood first-hand how important it is to feel seen and understood by the people supporting you. His hands-on leadership style means he stays close to the people InLife serves — from sitting in on plan meetings to personally onboarding new support workers. For Umar, this is not just a business. It is about building something that his own family would trust.
