The rule we wrote for ourselves

Why we run these.

The families we built InLife for weren’t asking for more services. They were asking for someone to help them understand what they already had.

They’d signed plans they didn’t understand. They’d trusted providers who over-promised. They’d received invoices that made no sense. And nobody sat down with them to explain.

So we made a rule for ourselves: before we ever talk about our services, we teach. Free. No pressure. Just honest information from people who speak your language and who’ve been where you are.

Our promise

If our event helps you and you neverbecome an InLife participant — great, we’ve done our job. If you want to talk to us afterwards, our mobile is on the handout.

What a 90 minutes looks like

What you get. What you won’t.

What we cover

Plain English. Your plan. No jargon.

  • Walking through a sample NDIS plan, line by line
  • What the jargon actually means in plain language
  • Your rights and what the NDIS Commission protects you from
  • Free Q&A — bring your own plan if you want, we'll look at it together

What we refuse to do

We will never. Not once. Not ever.

  • We won’t —Pressure you to become an InLife participant
  • We won’t —Ask you to sign anything on the day
  • We won’t —Claim we can get you more funding or faster approvals
  • We won’t —Tell you we're the best — we'll tell you what questions to ask any provider, including us

These are promises — held even when no one is watching.

Register for the next event.

Tell us a bit about yourself and we’ll hold you a spot in the next event that matches your language. Events rotate across Berwick, Clyde North, Cranbourne and Pakenham.

Delivered across our team’s combined languages — English, Farsi, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.
In local cafés across south-east Melbourne — Berwick Village, the Selandra Rise precinct in Clyde North, central Cranbourne, and Pakenham.
Usually Tuesday mornings or Thursday afternoons — we’ll confirm the time when we confirm the venue.

We’ll hold your spot when events are scheduled. You can cancel any time — just text us. We will not share your details with anyone.

InLife is a registered NDIS provider. We run these events because education always comes before any conversation about services. That’s how we show up every time.
